If you choose an online payment method, your payment will be received by us immediately upon successful processing, and we can process your order immediately.
If you choose to pay later, you'll receive an email from Klarna, which handles the payment method for us. Please be sure to check your spam folder to avoid payment issues. Vijverleven is not responsible for this process.
If your company is located in another EU country, you can request an intra-Community invoice from us. To do so, send an email to info@vijverleven with the following information:
1. Company details.
2. VAT number.
3. The items you wish to order.
We will send the invoice by email with the VAT transferred.
It's not possible to change a webshop order to an intra-Community delivery afterward. You must notify us in advance via info@vijverleven.nl or our contact form.
