Warranty & Repair

Unfortunately, things do break sometimes, but luckily, we can often fix it. At Vijverleven, you can submit your warranty claim by sending an email to info@vijverleven.nl with a clear description of the damage or defect and, if possible, images. In many cases, we can repair the item ourselves, but in some cases, the device needs to be sent to our supplier. When sending it to the supplier, please allow approximately two weeks for processing.
How does warranty work?

When you order something from us, you can count on the product doing what it's supposed to. If something does go wrong, we'll work with you to find a suitable solution. You can then claim two types of warranty: statutory warranty and manufacturer's warranty.

Legal warranty
Everything you order from us comes with a statutory warranty. A statutory warranty means that a product does what you can reasonably expect. There's no statutory warranty period. Some products simply last longer than others. The warranty duration therefore depends on the type of product.

Factory warranty
Some products also come with a manufacturer's warranty. This warranty does not affect the statutory warranty. The length of the manufacturer's warranty varies by manufacturer and product. If a manufacturer's warranty applies, you can find this information on the product page and in the product manual.

The warranty period has expired

Please contact us. In many cases, you can repair the device yourself by replacing parts. You can find all these parts on our website, and we're happy to advise you. We can also repair the product ourselves or send it to our supplier for repair. When sending it to the supplier, please allow approximately two weeks for processing. Any costs will be discussed with you first, after which you can approve the repair.

Request an Oasis warranty extension

You've probably read that you can extend the full warranty by 1 or 2 additional years (you can find this in the user manual).

Print the confirmation email and keep it in a safe place. The warranty claim is only valid with this printout, along with a copy of the receipt showing the original OASE recommended retail price.
