Deliver

Naturally, you want to start using our pond products as soon as possible. From the moment you pay, we'll keep you updated on the delivery process. From then on, PostNL, DHL, or Trunkrs will take over, and in most cases, your package will be with you tomorrow!

Note: Do you live on a holiday park? Please adjust your track & trace to send to a collection point to avoid disappointment.

Delivery times

The expected delivery time is indicated for all our products on our website. If the product is in stock and you order before the indicated time, we will ship your package before that time. For multiple items, the longest delivery time always applies for the entire order.

Unfortunately, from the moment your order is handed over to our delivery service, we have no control over the delivery process. Therefore, it may take a little longer due to busy periods or a carrier error. In these cases, please keep a close eye on your track & trace, and don't worry, we will always find a solution.

Shipping options and costs

Our partners DHL, Trunkrs, DPD, or PostNL deliver Monday through Saturday. Not at home? Please schedule an alternative delivery time via track & trace or select a service point.

All orders with an order value above €75 are shipped free of charge to addresses in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

Shipping within the Netherlands

Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €6.50 for orders up to €75.
For orders from €75,- these will be shipped FREE *

*Except for pond liner and large packages. This will be indicated with the product information.

Shipping within Belgium

Shipping costs within Belgium are €9.95 for orders up to €25.
Shipping costs within Belgium are €7.95 for orders up to €75.
For orders from €75,- these will be shipped FREE *

Shipping within Germany

Shipping costs within Germany are €9.95 for orders up to €75.
For orders from €75,- these will be shipped FREE *

Special Transport

For some products, such as pond tubs or ornaments, additional shipping costs apply because they are shipped via our special transport service. These costs will be displayed when you enter your address details at checkout. We cannot deliver packages to the Wadden Islands via special transport.

Damage on delivery

No matter how carefully we package our products, it's always possible that the package or product itself might be damaged during transport. If so, please take some photos of the damage and the outer box and send them to info@vijverleven.nl.

Incomplete order

In some cases, your order will be delivered in multiple packages. It's quite possible that another shipment is still on its way to you. Call, email, or chat with us to find out if another shipment is on its way. If not, and you simply haven't received your complete order, we will, of course, resolve this for you!
