Secret Skimpro 40 Skimmer
A clean pond starts at the surface. This pond skimmer, suitable for ponds up to 40 square meters, continuously draws in the top layer of water in combination with a pond pump, capturing leaves and other debris. The large debris is collected in the basket at the top of the skimmer, which is easy to empty into the organic waste bin. The skimmer basket has a diameter of 170 mm and can be easily adjusted to the pond depth thanks to the two-part telescopic tube. This tube is continuously adjustable in height from 300 to 800 mm, allowing for flexible adjustment. The skimmer can accommodate water level differences of up to 120 mm and has a filter basket with a capacity of 1.4 liters. Dirt particles up to 10 mm are efficiently passed through and removed. For added stability, the skimmer is equipped with a foot with a diameter of 350 mm, which can be weighted down with stones on the pond bottom. The big advantage over other skimmers is that the tube can be rotated flexibly. This means the skimmer's foot does not have to be positioned straight on the bottom. In addition, the compact tube diameter of 80 mm reduces air content, preventing the skimmer from floating.
With a skimmer, your pond water remains clear and healthy, while the load on your filter system is reduced. All pond pumps with a capacity between 8000 and 16000 liters per hour are suitable for the skimmer. A hose of 1" (25mm), 1¼" (32mm), 1½" (38-40mm) can be connected to the skimmer. The skimmer can be connected in various ways as shown.
