Pond liner repair kit
For minor repairs to the PVC pond liner, if you have a leak in your pond, proceed as follows:
Wait until the pond water stops dropping; at this point you should start looking for the leak.
A tip to find the hole faster is to carefully sprinkle some milk into the water along the side.
The water with the milk will flow towards the hole, so this way you might be able to find the hole faster.
Once you have found the leak, lower the water level even further so that the leak is properly exposed.
Clean this area thoroughly and remove any dust, then sand it down to make it rougher.
From the piece of foil from the repair kit, cut a circle that is larger than the hole.
Sand this one down as well and then apply glue, and also apply glue to the pond liner.
Then press both together and hold for a minute, then let everything dry for 24 hours.
Now the pond can be refilled with pond water.
Please note, only perform these actions at temperatures above 10 degrees Celsius.
