With a large surface area of 810 square centimeters, the pond pump easily passes even dirt particles up to 8 mm , such as fish waste or dead plant matter. Safety is paramount with the AquaMax Eco Classic: the pump automatically switches off if it runs dry or becomes blocked, preventing any damage to the unit. Furthermore, this pump is equipped with an energy-efficient EC motor , continuously saving energy and therefore costs. An environmentally friendly choice that is up to 40% more energy-efficient than its predecessor. Another advantage of the AquaMax Eco Classic is that it can withstand freezing in ice and snow without causing damage. This is an important aspect for pond pumps used year-round. With a connection on the suction side, this pond pump can also be installed outside (dry) the pond, below the water level. The suction side connection is 1 inch, just like the pressure side connection. The pond pump is also suitable for swimming ponds, in a pump chamber installed outside the pond.
