Oase FiltoClear Set 19000 OC Classic
Oase's flagship product has been updated! Oase has incorporated all improvements from the old FiltoClear line into the new FiltoClear design.
The durable housing of the FiltoClear 19000 is made of high-quality plastic, allowing it to be easily buried up to the clamping ring and guaranteeing a long lifespan. Water flows into the FiltoClear via a pond pump, where algae and germs are removed by the UVC pre-clarifier. The latest FiltoClear models are equipped with improved, highly effective UV lamps. Replacing the 42 watt UV lamp, which should be done every season, can take place while the device is in operation, without switching off the filter or removing the quartz glass. The FiltoClear 19000 also features a cleaning rotor that automatically cleans the glass.
After the UV filter, the treated water flows through the fine, mechanical, and large-pore biological filter elements of the filter unit, which break down harmful substances and purify the water. The built-in OASE bypass technology ensures optimal water flow and prevents clogging of the filter. The FiltoClear 19000 is a pressure filter, which means that the water maintains pressure within the filter, making it possible to move the water to a higher stream or waterfall, or simply return it to the pond. A major advantage of the FiltoClear is its cleaning mechanism. Dirty water from the cleaned filter sponges is discharged via the 2-way valve. The cleaning of the filter sponges is done by moving the lever on top of the lid up and down, which squeezes the sponges and drains the dirty water via the 2-way valve without it returning to the pond. If you want to replace the sponges, you can open the FiltoClear with the metal clamping ring and the simple lever function. The Oase FiltoClear series is easy to connect to 38/40 and 50mm hoses.
This Classic set combines the Oase FiltoClear Set 19000 OC with a Pontec Pondomax Eco 14000 via 5 meters of 38/40mm Secret pond hose. In short, you have everything you need to install your filter immediately.
In addition to hardware, you will receive Secret Pond Booster, a product consisting of minerals and trace elements that give a boost to all life in your pond. Give your pond a boost several times a year so that the bacteria in your filter function optimally and nitrogen and phosphorus compounds are limited. An additional benefit of this is that algae don't stand a chance. An extra addition is the essential micronutrients, which make your aquatic plants perform even better.
